All villas in this section are located in either Emerald Island ...Windsor Palms.... or Terre Verde Resorts. These exclusive gated resort communities have been designed to include many extra facilities not normally associated with a Orlando villa vacation.

EMERALD ISLAND RESORT

Encircled by a protective and protected buffer of woodlands and wetlands, Emerald Island Resort is a "land island" amidst a sea of lush vegetation.

The winding, palm-lined road that leads you to Emerald Island Resort, is a prelude to the community's grandeur. The colonnaded entry, complete with a playful dolphin fountain and picturesque rotunda, provides a dramatic sense of arrival to this gated enclave. Thoughtful streetscaping featuring indigenous plants and decorative flowers and grasses contributes to Emerald Island Resort's unique impression of place.

Once inside, you feel as if you have entered a special preserve. Emerald Island is surrounded by a Conservation Area and encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the community.

Only a few miles from Walt Disney World® and a short walk or drive to shopping and dining, this "island" serves as a havenfrom the larger world while remaining central to everything the world's most popular destination with millions of visitors a year has to offer.

Ammenities at Emerald Island Resort include... Staffed clubhouse offering dinner and attraction ticket reservations, transport, towel service music at pool, tikki bar, movie rental and a planed sundry shop... You, your family, and your guests may enjoy a friendly game of volleyball or a relaxing afternoon at the pool. The beautifully landscaped grounds also feature a children's play area adjacent to the Clubhouse, and a tennis court is in the works. The Clubhouse is very near a trail for walking, jogging, or biking that winds through the community's natural woodland setting.

At 4,000 square feet the Clubhouse has something for everyone including a fitness facility and spa with hot tub, sauna, and steam room; a planned sundry shop; a meeting room for informal gatherings; a computer for guest access to the internet; and a planned snack bar.

WINDSOR PALMS RESORT

Your Windsor Palms experience with 24/7 onsite check in. This allows guests who may arrive late in the evening to collect their keys at the guard gate. Windsor Palms grand clubhouse is designed to give guests the ultimate resort feel making it distinctive from other villa communities.
Windsor Palms clubhouse contains a gamesroom with pool tables and video games there is also a 58 seater cinema showing popular films daily.

A huge community swimming pool and wrap around sun deck dominate the grounds of the 3 acre site there is also a luxurious spa to help you relax after a hard day at the theme parks. The childrens play area located just of the pool and sundeck is an area where your children can play safely. Some people love to keep fit while on vacation at Windsor Palms, you won't be dissapointed. There is a fitness centre located within the clubhouse while outdoors choose from tennis, basketball or sand volleyball. W indsor Palms is ideally located 10 minutes from the major attractions and 5 minutes from highway 192 with its abundance of shops and restaraunts.

TERRE VERDE RESORT

If your time at home at Terra Verde calls for extra pampering, you need only stop at the concierge desk. The Club was created to provide a similar level of customized services as a great resort.If you wish to schedule a massage at the clubhouse spa and exercise center, just ask.
